2. Contact Director of Operations at operations@unitedfcrush.com with the 3 dates.
3. Director of Operations will check on field & referee availability for all three dates and confirm back to you if the dates are available.
4. Once confirmation is received from Director of Operations, you will need to go to the Affinity site and reschedule the game.
5. Opposing coach will accept the proposed reschedule.

All of your hard work and preparation comes down to game day. Please ensure that you have the following information available so your team is able to participate.
If you have a player get injured during a game or practice, please let us know by filling out the form to right. We do not need to know about general sprains or strains, but would like to know if a player is severely injured or a concussion is suspected.
This information will help us follow up with that player and ensure that they are recovering. The info also helps the club track specific fields that may be causing injuries and we can then act accordingly.
MYSA has supplemental insurance available to help with medical costs if the injury requires a hospital visit.
If you would like to utilize the clubs SportsNGIN team platform to manage your team, please contact operations@unitedfcrush.com to set up a team page.
Once granted access to the team page, you will be able to upload schedules, rosters, communicate with team and use the NGIN team app.
You must be granted admin access before you can edit information
